Origin
Taishun County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the southern part of Zhejiang Province, between latitude 27°17′58″-27°48′42″ north, longitude 119°37′12″-120°14′44″ east, belongs to the middle subtropical marine monsoon climate zone, four seasons are clear, mild climate.
Green tea
Camellia sinensis, Camellia sinensis shrubs or small trees, green tea form natural, bright green colour, take the new leaves or buds of the tea tree, after killing, shaping, drying and other processes to produce, retaining the natural substances of the fresh leaves; tea leaves pointed and fine, smooth surface; white flowers, flowers smaller, polygonal; flowering period in October – February of the following year. Green tea is named after the green colour of the dried tea, the turquoise colour of the tea broth after brewing, and the emerald green colour of the bottom of the leaves.
Brewing advice
Control the water temperature at about 80℃～90℃. If you are brewing green tea powder, warm water at 40℃～60℃ is sufficient.
